We stayed for eight days and found the hotel clean, with a neat seating area and polite, helpful staff. The neighborhood was a highlight: there are markets on certain days, local events, pubs with live music, plenty of food, and shops for drinks. For the price, it felt worth it. During the heatwave, the room fans couldn’t keep up, though that was the weather rather than the hotel’s fault. The shower had no holder for the head, so washing meant getting water everywhere. Still, I’d recommend the place.

The bed was so thin and hard that my back still hurts. We were also locked out because our key wouldn’t open the door, and a young woman had to fit a new lock. Nobody apologized. The hallway was dark, and I only learned after getting home to Ireland that I’d been bitten by bedbugs. We stayed from July 3 to the 10th. I saw you gave another guest who complained the same reply. Please stop saying things that aren’t true.

We arrived late at night with two children and took two rooms. I asked the manager about a strange smell and insects, but was told everything was fine. The bedbugs attacked us as soon as we lay down, so we had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel. A terrible experience. This hotel seems to be a breeding ground for bedbugs and other insects.
