Breakfast was great, and Yves and Magalie had useful suggestions for places to see nearby. The rooms and garden are lovely, with a welcoming feel throughout. Staying at La Charmee felt like a dream. We'd recommend it both as a peaceful destination in its own right and as a stop while travelling through.

We felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome. The cottage is perched up in the hills, a few kilometers from Compiègne, and makes a great base for exploring the region by bike. It has fiber optic internet too, handy for video game enthusiasts. A big thank you!

We spent four days there in August 2022 and had a really pleasant stay. The orchard evenings with the new barbecue were a highlight, and Yves and Magali welcomed us so warmly. The clean, comfortable rooms and well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and we found no drawbacks. Highly recommended for a short stay near Compiègne, Senlis, Chantilly...

Yves and Magali are discreet, thoughtful and attentive hosts. La Charmée gave us a peaceful place to unwind after exploring the beautiful streets of Compiègne, its rose garden and the superb forest. We came to Jonquieres for a wedding, and staying there made the trip even better. It's a tastefully restored Picardy farmhouse, and we'll definitely be back.
