The owners really helped us out when our motorbike broke down. We needed parts from another city, and they lent us their car, which made a stressful situation much easier. They were so friendly and welcoming. The setting is wonderfully quiet, right in nature among lavender fields, with a sky full of stars at night. There are several large pools and a few houses on the grounds, plus a kitchen and BBQ equipment to use. We drove 2 km to a restaurant for delicious local food. I’d definitely recommend Hameau de Pichovet if you want a calm few days surrounded by nature.

The place itself is outstanding: quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and a great base for hiking. You’re close to most of the nice parks in the area. It does feel a bit remote, though. I’d go back despite finding the hosts rather cold and unwelcoming. We hardly saw them, but when I left, one made a comment that I felt was quite inappropriate.

We had a lovely time here. The host made us feel very welcome, and the beautifully restored domaine has an authentic feel and a gorgeous swimming pool. It’s hard to imagine finding a better place. Highly recommended!

The pools were great for playing, and there were animals to pet. We had a really relaxing, lovely stay at Hameau, with very kind hosts. We’ll come back!

Everything at Hameau de Pichovet was so well looked after and clean, and the treatment we received was excellent. The kindness was incredible, and the pool was spectacular. We’ve never stayed anywhere better. I highly recommend it.
