A good hotel with large rooms, and lots of business travelers. Guests can use the decent, though ageing, fitness room for free, but it has no weights. The swimming area is great and also free. It's right by Parc de la Bretonnière and close to local attractions. Highly recommended.

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were generally good, and the location is peaceful and scenic, especially for walking or bringing dogs. It's also close to Aldi and a cheap petrol station. Breakfast was good and staff were generally friendly. There are sometimes local aerobics classes in half the pool, so it's worth asking about them. The air conditioning was unreliable, as other reviews have mentioned. The vents in my room's ducted system were broken, so airflow was poor. I suspect previous guests tried to adjust them upward for summer, not realizing the vents are fixed. The key system was incredibly annoying too. Even with a booking for multiple nights and late checkout, the computer apparently didn't recognize it. At noon each day, the key stopped working unless you checked out, so I had to walk to reception in my wet swimming robe to get it reactivated. Hard to believe at a 4 star hotel.

We spent six days here on a family trip to explore the Loire Valley. The hotel works well if you're traveling by car, with comfortable amenities and an indoor pool that our young children loved. Christelle served a delicious breakfast efficiently and was kind and friendly. Camille at reception responded promptly to our requests.

It looks pretty unimpressive from outside, but I was pleasantly surprised once I got in. Reception was clean and welcoming, and the receptionist was quick and efficient. The rooms were lovely, a bit like a Travelodge but actually decent, with comfy beds. The shower room was nice and the toilet was separate. Breakfast was good too. I'd recommend it, a good place to get some rest.
