The dining room was superb, and breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was comfortable and clean, and the service was impeccable. A lovely setting too. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast felt a little too basic. It would be nice to see a local product or a homemade pastry added. The welcome was warm, with a large family running the property. Our suite was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, and it felt like a little paradise for children, with play areas both inside and out. There were plenty of small toiletries in the room, even cotton swabs.

The owner was very welcoming. The mill is still operating, and it sits in a magnificent building above a stream. It’s an hour from Paris.

There’s a wood very close by for sports or walks. The owner was very welcoming, and the location was peaceful. Our room was beautiful and clean, and everyone respected the quiet.

A magnificent mill in an unusual place to visit. It’s just a few kilometers from the medieval town of Provins, and well worth the detour just for the pleasure of it.
