The free jacuzzi and sauna made it easier to relax, and everyone at the hotel was welcoming and friendly. After I was injured in a skiing accident, the staff quickly moved us to a room that worked better for me. I really appreciated how kind and supportive they were. I'm very grateful for their hospitality and would definitely return.

The owners were the best part, so friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, varied, and made with high-quality products, and the restaurant listened to our requests. They also have a fantastic spa and jacuzzi. We had a perfect stay, thank you very much. The welcome was warm, the service excellent, and they were very attentive.

The rooftop Jacuzzi was a bit cool for me, though still warm enough to relax in and enjoy the views. After a day skiing, the spa, included in the stay, was just what we needed. Terra Beka Lodge was spotless, and the hospitality was outstanding throughout our stay last week. Sandrine was a wonderful host and even came to our rescue when we got stranded in a neighbouring village. Taxis can be hard to find there. We'd happily come back to this warm, well-run lodge.

The Rotisserie restaurant on the main hotel floor served a selection of grilled meats cooked over open charcoal. The sauna and Jacuzzi were first class. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sandrine at the front desk, and they were very accommodating about our poor French. It was great value for money, and we'll keep it on our list for when we return to the Chatel valley.
