The animals wandering around made the château feel even more charming, and the peaceful setting was lovely for slowing down and reflecting. The scenery is stunning, and Catherine was incredibly helpful while we were there. It felt like a little slice of paradise, a real hidden gem.

The fresh, generous breakfasts were such a treat, and our kids had a great time. The setting is peaceful and ideally placed. We stayed two lovely nights in a beautiful, unusual place that clearly welcomes families. Everything was spotless, and the decor was charming and tasteful. Thank you for the warm welcome from you and your children. We felt at home, with a little extra soul, and one shoe missing 😉🤫. We left feeling lighthearted, already wanting to come back.

Catherine looked after us so attentively throughout our romantic break at Château des Basses Roches. We loved the magnificent building and all the greenery around it. Our clean, well-equipped room had a very comfortable bed, a pretty view of the trees, and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was generous and great value. A lovely base for visiting the area's castles. Thanks again!

We had a great three-night stay. La Ligerienne was quiet, clean, and roomy enough, and the bed was really comfortable. The owner paid close attention to our breakfast requests and gave us recommendations for excursions.
