Chalet Hôtel Inarpa

We were away for a romantic weekend on our motorcycles. The welcome was warm, and the room was magnificent, but the private spa was the highlight. We could enjoy it as much as we liked, with that sublime view. We had a small issue with our motorcycle luggage rack at the start, and our host kindly helped by lending us a bungee cord, or really, giving it to us.

The chalet itself is great, with a beautiful sunny garden, a quiet setting, and an average location outside the village. But the experience was very surprising. We had a dead battery at the start, and a friend came to help while we waited for Sara to do the inventory. She seemed bothered by his presence, then called to say, “I’m very surprised there are three of you. You could have asked me. Thank you for leaving some compensation for the battery help.” She also politely asked the gentleman who helped us not to help us again. Why work in this profession without any sense of customer service? It left us with an unpleasant final impression, bordering on rudeness.

We left feeling rested and refreshed. The mountain views and quiet, natural setting made the stay so calming, and the suite had everything we needed. Sarah was kind and professional, and made us feel warmly welcome. A wonderful visit at the "Chalet Hotel Inapra". I recommend it 100%!

The mountain views, quiet surroundings, and shuttle into the village were real highlights. We stayed four nights, and the chalet had plenty of room, including a terrace we didn't use in winter and five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The private jacuzzi was lovely, and the ski room had boot warmers and a rack for drying ski clothes. Inside, the kitchen was modern and highly functional, the bedrooms cozy, and the whole place warm and inviting. We also appreciated the flexible check-out time and hotel-style service in a private chalet. The hosts were very friendly.
