The kids could hardly be persuaded to come indoors with all the games and the ping pong table. They loved seeing the donkeys, pony, and rabbits every day, and we even got to take the donkeys for a ride. The owner was so welcoming and had clearly thought about what families with children need. This is a really charming gîte. My husband and kids stayed here last year and wanted to come back on this trip, and now I see why.

It’s worth having a car, since you need one to get to the city center. The owners are very friendly, and breakfast is excellent, with really good local products. Our room was clean and spacious, and there was a kettle with tea, herbal tea, and coffee.

Breakfast was plentiful and just right before getting back on our bikes. We had a sumptuous, comfortable room, and the hosts were so attentive and welcoming that we felt well looked after throughout our stay. A perfect stop on our cycling trip. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

We’d happily come back. The building is magnificent, and the host was very pleasant. Our room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was excellent, and breakfast came with superb homemade pastries and jams. A wonderful find in such a peaceful, idyllic natural setting.
