Being just 15 minutes from Puy du Fou was a plus, but the stay itself was disappointing. The place looked dated compared with the website photos, which didn't match, and there was dust throughout. Some beds had duvets that were much too small, and a place sleeping 11 really should have a dishwasher. The TV wasn't connected and there was no Wi-Fi, despite both being listed as included. The pool was advertised as included, but it cost €15 per person and wasn't heated. Even €2 for an extra garbage bag felt like too much. Pretty average overall.

The stone farmhouse is really pretty, set out in the countryside, and the owner was friendly and gave us useful advice. We came for a weekend at Puy du Fou as a group of 14, adults and children, and the property is 20 minutes from the park. We got to use the pool in the late afternoon. There were loads of flies around at that time of year, but that's nature and they weren't harmful. We had a great time.

Gaëlle gave us a warm welcome and helpful suggestions for things to see nearby. Domaine des Fées was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful setting and a handy location, just 15 minutes from Puy du Fou. We had a wonderful weekend and will come back. Virginie

The children loved feeding the donkeys, chickens, and horses, and we enjoyed the greenery and animals all around us. Gaëlle was very welcoming and helpful, with good advice for making the most of our stay. It was a beautiful, peaceful weekend with the family. Thank you, Gaëlle!

Being surrounded by nature and animals made the weekend a real treat, and having a swimming pool right there made it even better. It's a great place for a family weekend. We had a wonderful time, and many thanks again to Gaëlle, such a fantastic hostess.
