Julie, the owner, was warm, professional, and always available. The whole stay went smoothly, and I'll gladly come back on my next trip to Rennes. I booked two nights online for a business trip to Rennes, and got all the details by email, so I knew what to do before arriving. The residence was spotless, with a bright, spacious shared living area. I stayed in room number 5. It had air conditioning and a private shower, and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet is outside the room.

The loft is spacious, spotless, and even lovelier in person than it looks in the photos. It's beautifully decorated and made a perfect place to unwind with family for a weekend. The owner was understanding, quick to respond, and very accommodating. She even left us a gift when we arrived. I was completely charmed and would recommend it without hesitation. 🙂

The parking lot is tiny, and my reservation didn't say that each room had an assigned space. The owner talked down to me over this simple parking issue, then called my employer. I found that unbelievable and not at all the welcome I'd expect here. Apparently, she's been making a big issue of parking with guests at this hotel and the one next door for months. The two hotels share the lot. Avoid this place at all costs. Consider yourselves warned.

The Jacuzzi was a real bonus, and the house was cozy, very well equipped, and absolutely quiet while still close to everything. From booking to the accommodation itself, everything was great, and the owner was so friendly.

The manager was very pleasant, helpful, and attentive to everyone's needs. We had a perfect welcome and the place was impeccably clean. A top-notch establishment, highly recommended.
