We’ll gladly come back. The breakfast was truly excellent, and our hostess was lovely and accommodating, even when we changed our check-in time twice. The room was beautifully decorated, quiet and comfortable.

The room was spacious and beautiful, with everything we needed, and breakfast was generous and beautifully presented. It was a lovely way to start the day. We were given excellent tips about the neighbourhood and nearby area, and everyone was very friendly. The welcome was warm, and the place was quiet and well situated in the historic centre. We highly recommend it.

The stairs are steep and narrow, so the house isn’t accessible for people with disabilities. It’s a charming old house in La Rochelle with a slightly retro feel. We had a comfortable room, a very friendly welcome and a delicious breakfast. What more could you ask for?

The setting and location are beautiful, and the welcome was very warm. In summer, it’s nice to come back to a cool room after being under the roof without air conditioning. Still, the price felt excessive for what we got. At that rate, you’d be better off at the ibis or Mercury hotel in La Rochelle. The steep stairs also make access difficult, if not impossible, for older people. See the photos.
