A quiet, cozy place, with an old-fashioned feel in a good way. Nice spot.

Beaune's got a wonderfully eccentric place here.

Amazing place.

The château has extraordinary potential, but it feels completely neglected. We were angry and disappointed after our night there. Mold on the dining room table and a bad smell meant we slept all night with the window wide open. The shutters were closed to prevent theft, even though they should be open in the daytime when guests are there. It's hard to find because the directions aren't clear, and the phone number was unavailable. The animals, including the donkey, horses, and dogs, seemed neglected. I'm not blaming the butler, but he was clearly overwhelmed on his own. This is a piece of beautiful French heritage that deserves a makeover. The five-star reviews seem paid for and are completely misleading. Avoid this place!

This is a bed and breakfast in an 18th-century château surrounded by a 7-hectare park, full of antiques and works of art. It has the peaceful charm of a grand old house, nothing like a standard hotel, with excellent personal service. It's also superbly located near Beaune and Burgundy's villages.
