I contacted the hotel before arriving because a website error had caused a problem with my booking, and asked whether I could cancel and get a refund. A staff member agreed, canceled it, and said I’d be refunded. I still haven’t received anything. Now the hotel says I’m not eligible, even though someone at the main service center gave me a different answer. They can listen to the call recording: it shows that their employee canceled the booking, not me. They still won’t admit they made a mistake. What a joke.
