The studio was dirty and musty, with a broken TV, an uncomfortable sofa bed, and no privacy. It felt more like a chicken coop. We lasted an hour there, including half an hour listening to the woman complain about how difficult it was to deal with Booking.com. She also kept a €20 deposit that hadn't been declared and wouldn't give it back. Things already felt off that morning. At 8 a.m. she kept calling to move our arrival from 4-5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

The place wasn't clean, the TV didn't work, and the bed was a cheap sofa bed, though at least the mattress was decent. At night there was a constant muffled sound, like a washing machine right beside me, and the insulation was poor. It's a 15 m² studio, and I paid €56 a night instead of €71. I only checked in at 8:30 p.m. When I asked for an invoice, I was told I'd have to wait 20 days because the owner was waiting for Booking.com to pay, even though I'd already paid through the website. Avoid this place.

There's no privacy here, and nothing about the place feels peaceful. It's practically next door to a housing project. The listing doesn't reflect reality, the facilities are deplorable, the opening hours aren't respected, and the advertised private parking isn't there. The owner can't take even mild criticism. If you're dissatisfied and say so, she feels entitled to post insulting comments publicly and twist your words.

The manager has been sending us messages because she's unhappy with our comments. Maybe that would be nice if you were lonely and wanted someone to talk to. Otherwise, run. Unless spending Halloween in a slum sounds appealing.
