We had everything we needed in this well-kept apartment, and it was better than we expected for the price. The waterfront outlook was lovely. Getting into the parking space is a bit tight, though it felt secure.

The location made it easy to find very good places to eat nearby, especially the crêperie with its really warm service. Parking was handy too. Our stay was very pleasant despite the broken water heater, and Julien was kind and quick to respond. He also offered a goodwill gesture after the problem.

The car access is a little awkward, but we managed, and the buses are free. Inside, the apartment was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Edouard's tips for seeing Saint-Malo and Dinard made visiting both cities so much easier and more comfortable for us. The apartment itself was spacious, very comfortable, spotless, and had all the amenities, with parking included. The river view was spectacular and unforgettable. Such a memorable stay in one of Brittany's most beautiful cities.

Philippe, the owner, was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for exploring the area. We found the apartment bright, clean, and quiet, and its location was very convenient. The magnificent view takes in both the Rance river and the port.
