The French breakfast and en-suite bathrooms were lovely, and every room has its own decor, all chosen with Shelby’s great taste. Dom and Shelby were always around to help. We had an amazing stay at this wonderful property and would happily come back.

We loved having the downstairs rooms to use, from the bar and kitchen to the reading and game rooms. We’ve stayed in both the elegantly decorated chateau and the super cute cottage, and each felt like sleeping in a fairy tale. The rooms are all different, and Shelby and Dom are such amazing hosts. Their hospitality is hard to recommend highly enough.

The hosts were so friendly and gave us plenty of ideas for local places to visit and restaurants. We spent a few days exploring the area with my husband and daughter, and had a wonderful time at Chateau de Gouyas. It’s recently been renovated in a beautiful style, with spacious, sparkling clean rooms and common areas guests can use. The setting is quiet and peaceful while still close to lots of attractions. We definitely hope to return.

The location was peaceful and beautiful, and the beds were really comfy. Dom and Shelby were so friendly and welcoming, and our room was very clean with tasteful interiors. My sister and I had an amazing stay at the chateau. Thank you both, we hope to come back someday.
