The beds were huge and genuinely comfortable, and we enjoyed spending the night in this interesting old house. The bathroom setup won't suit everyone since it's shared, though the toilets are separate.

The room was beautiful for a night's stay, and the house has a real soul, quite unique. We slept in an excellent bed, but breakfast was a letdown: just a piece of French bread, a croissant and a small jar of jam. We really hadn't expected so little, especially since breakfast was included in the price and had already been paid for.

Andrea, the hostess, made us feel exceptionally welcome and took good care of us. The guesthouse itself is lovely, with splendid and original decor. It's a great place in Laon, and I'd like to return soon.

A lovely stop for the night while travelling. Staying here feels like going back in time, and the freestanding bath in our room was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and generous, and the staff were very friendly.
