The house is well placed for the beaches and Lorient, and if you like painting, don't hesitate ;-) I spent a week at Daniel's and had a wonderful stay. My room was comfortable and quiet in mid-May, with good equipment, a handy balcony, and a clean bathroom and toilet. The indoor pool was ideal for a relaxing swim and some sun. There are two other furnished “apartments” in the house too. The back still needs renovation, then it'll be perfect 😀

The good points were the price and a clean room less than 200 metres from the sea. But breakfast was awful, with no fresh products. The croissants were frozen and you had to heat them yourself, and the milk was powdered. When I asked why there wasn't fresh bread, I was told the bakery is far away 😜

The welcome was warm and access was perfect. We had no complaints at all. The living space is lovely, and it stayed very quiet despite being near streets and shops. The indoor pool was fantastic.
