The house had everything we needed, but there were so many flies inside. I assume they came from the sheepfold below the house. Having them land on the food and in the kitchen was unpleasant.

A pleasant cottage with a jacuzzi and sauna. The upstairs and bedrooms were a bit dark. Our host was cordial, though condescending at times, and made some strange or inappropriate remarks.

We spent a lovely weekend in June at this welcoming cottage, in the quietest part of the village. The owner is young and told us about her passion for life in the Ossau Valley. We'll have to return in winter to see the snow covered mountains. It must be magnificent.

The beds were really comfortable, the shower practical, and the bathroom lovely and well kept. The little spa area is a gem after skiing. Such a warm, welcoming cottage and a delight to stay in. The manager is very welcoming too. For this level of quality, the price is reasonable. I want to come back every year.

A lovely place to stop if you're travelling by bike or car, so don't hesitate to book. There's a big shared space with a kitchen, plus a sauna, hot tub, and shower as a nice surprise.
