Sorry, JF Bechat. When Google Maps asked me to review Hotel Tourmalet in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, France, I wrote my review there, but somehow it ended up at your location. You may want to take that up with Google. Hotel Tourmalet now redirects to Hotel de Londres, its previous name, in Luz-Saint-Sauveur.

We had dinner last night. The portions were generous, the food tasted good, and the waitress was helpful and friendly. I didn't stay at the hotel.

I went for lunch with friends today, and it seemed to be the only restaurant open. The decor was basic, and the food was awful. There were no decent vegetarian choices, and when I asked if they could adapt a dish, they flatly refused. Everything tasted greasy and uninspired, and the wine was overpriced. It's a real shame, as the local economy needs tourists.

We asked for a table for seven, and the waitress panicked and moved someone who was already seated to make room, even though another table was ready for us. I don't know why she chose to move that person. Later, when a friend went to a nearby shop for cigarettes, she took offense and told him to leave the restaurant, even yelling goodbye. My entrecôte, ordered medium rare, arrived cold. They had no mayonnaise, only mustard and ketchup, and both were expired.
