Chalets des Mousquetaires

The manager and his wife put on several enjoyable activities for kids and families, and they always include a small gift. It's a little thing, but it says a lot about their good spirit. The setting is lovely too: open the bungalow door and nature is right there (see photo) 🤩 When something's good, it's only right to say so. Keep it up! 👏

The chalets have air conditioning, which was a real plus during extreme heat. We had a lovely week here, thanks to Ludo and Mélanie and their daughter, who were welcoming and kind throughout. It's a small, family-feeling campsite, with a maximum of 50 people, and the spacious pitches make it easy to relax and recharge. Kids get activities every day, plus a very well-equipped play area where they can quickly make friends.

The location is wonderful, quiet and peaceful, with a natural feel. I've rented a pitch here for a few years while travelling for work in Auch. The value for money is hard to beat, and the managers are fantastic, very friendly and attentive to their guests.

The one thing I'd change is the bedding, which might be due for an update. Apart from that, it's a charming, well-run place with warm, smiling and helpful hosts. There's plenty to do as a family, with great activities, billiards, mini-golf, a pool and pétanque, plus local products to enjoy. The 8 a.m. pastries were such a treat, and the service was excellent. This was my best discovery of the summer, and we'll be back next year!
