The area around the house is lovely, with beautiful landscapes if you decide to head out. Shops and cities are a fairly long drive away, though, which is the tradeoff for the quiet. The place itself has everything you could want, plus a sauna, hot tub and massage chair. And waking up to that fantastic view is hard to beat.

That view really is incredible, and the accommodation has a lot for families, including a sauna and family room. But our week in July was disappointing. Dogs kept in kennels right beside the house barked and howled all week, especially at night, so sleeping was impossible and it spoiled our stay. The jacuzzi was green and smelled bad too. Such a shame, because the place has a lot going for it.

The owners were available and shared useful tips and information for exploring the Trièves region. The accommodation is beautiful and well equipped, with panoramic views. We’d gladly come back with friends. Highly recommended.

A very quiet spot, well placed for hiking trails. The owner shared plenty of information and clearly loves her region. The cottage is bright, with a direct mountain view, and has everything we needed, including a jacuzzi, sauna, kitchen and sofas. Beautiful place, highly recommended!

I’ve stayed in plenty of gîtes across France and never come across one like this. The view is the most beautiful I’ve seen for a gîte in the region, and inside it’s magnificent and perfectly maintained. Go for it!!!!!
