The residence has four-storey apartment buildings overlooking the sea lake and swimming pool. There are lots of activities close by, along with shops and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are about a mile away. You can find windsurfing and sailing schools on the lake, plus table tennis, pétanque, basketball, and more.
There's something planned every day during the summer, making this an ideal holiday spot for activities.
The area is quiet, with local shops close by, and it's pedestrian-only near the lake, which is great for children. The views over the lake and Mount Canigou are breathtaking, and there are plenty of things to do, including yoga, sailing, aqua aerobics, and aqua biking. Magnificent sunsets and a fantastic atmosphere, too.
Coudalère is a magnificent spot, with the Canigou mountain overlooking the pond and a breathtaking view. There's plenty to do on the nearby pond, from paddleboarding and canoeing to excursions, and binoculars are handy for watching nature. But there are no electric car charging stations there, which is frustrating.
