Appart'City Confort Le Bourget-Aéroport

We booked three rooms and stayed from 14 May to 18 May. During all four days, they didn’t clean at all, not even emptying the bins, and the staff were very rude. A stranger who seemed familiar with the hotel staff stole my money from reception. The staff didn’t even care about the incident. We felt afraid for the whole stay. Please don’t stay here, it’s very unsafe.

The reception staff are excellent, and the room is great for the Paris area. Thank you for your attention. The hotel is wonderful, and I wish you good luck. But breakfast was a disaster. The woman in charge was watching TikTok and seemed not to care about anything else. First the buffet ran out of water. I asked her to bring some, she did, then sat back down to TikTok. Next the salad ran out, so I asked again. She brought it and returned to her phone. When the bread was completely gone, I went to reception for the third time, holding the last piece. The woman finally went to get more bread, then went back to TikTok. I always write reviews on Booking, and appreciate you asking for my opinion. I’ve said what I needed to, but won’t post this on Booking. Employees like this bring shame on the establishment. Thanks again for your attention.

The breakfast selection was a little limited, and a wider choice would be nice. That’s my perspective as an Asian person, with a broader food palate than the average European 😅 I stayed a few days with my family and really liked the room. My tour guide arranged the triple bedroom, which was just right for us: it had a living room, a bedroom, a big bathroom(!), and even a kitchen set?? Otherwise, it was a great stay. Definitely recommend 👍👍

The service at reception was excellent, and breakfast was good too. Their croissant was especially tasty. Good hotel.
