The location is great, but the apartments owned by Ms. Coralie Guidon are in very poor shape. The walls are so thin you can hear neighbors as if they were in the room with you, and the old furniture is badly damaged. The kitchen is awkward to use, with Teflon pans that are falling apart. There are insects, and the terrace can't be used, which is a shame since it's the only good feature. Ms. Coralie Guidon is quite unpleasant as well.

The reserved parking space is a plus, but the apartment itself is very small and the cleanliness varies. The terrace faces the lake, which sounds great until you notice the road in between. It's extremely noisy, with motorcycles from local troublemakers and other traffic, so you need to be brave to sit out there unless you're deaf. The decor is typical French rental style.

The only minor issue was parking if you have a large car. Otherwise, the accommodation was very clean and well equipped, and the restaurant downstairs caused no disturbance. It's in a magnificent spot with a lovely lake view. I highly recommend this rental.

At €95 a night, there are much better options for less. The place has a lake view and a convenient location, but it's very noisy above both the road and the restaurant. The accommodation is basic, with no personal contact and just a lockbox. Service was average, and parking is hard to access unless you have a Twingo. The manager won't accept cancellations or refunds, so be sure you're committed to coming. She also doesn't seem very business-oriented. The house rules feel dictatorial: no gatherings, birthdays, children or pets. Apparently, you're only allowed to pay.
