Great!

We were let down by the dinner and breakfast, with hardly any choice, poor quality products, nothing homemade, and disappointing service. The garden outside was neglected, and the reception felt mediocre, not what you'd expect at a hotel. Our room was comfortable, but there was mold above the window. A disappointing stay.

The rooms have a nice modern, understated look, and the hotel itself is pleasant. It's a cute little place and welcomes pets, including large dogs, for an extra €15. The drinks are very expensive, though. I wasn't keen on the restaurant's limited daily menu, and the service was decent enough. Breakfast was pretty basic. It's nice, but if you're after luxury, this isn't the place.

The shower was the one real drawback, a bit cramped and fitted with a curtain, which wasn't very convenient. The furniture was beautiful but collected dust, so I felt for the chambermaid. Still, the room was spotless, and she deserves credit for that. We were shown to a very nice, clean room, with a comfortable bed and bedding. The waiter welcomed us warmly and made a very good cocktail. At breakfast, the young woman was polite and pleasant, attentive without hovering, and looked after us well. The buffet was very good, with fresh croissants and baguette and a good selection. The evening waiter and especially the person handling breakfast and room service did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and ensure we had what we needed. We'll definitely be back.
