The daily specials are freshly cooked and tasty, and the weekend food is just as good. Fridays mean fish and chips, with huge pieces of fish in proper batter. On Saturdays, the all-day breakfasts are delicious. A friendly place with great food, definitely recommend it.

The owners and staff were really helpful, and I’ve already told my friends about Allo Allo. My partner and I were buying a house in France and wanted somewhere close by to stay, so it suited us perfectly. Our room was very nice and comfortable. We also had a lovely breakfast and a delicious evening meal at very reasonable prices. If you’re in or near Le Grand-bourg, pop into Allo Allo. You won’t regret it.

We’ve never stayed there, so I can’t say anything about the lodgings. The welcome is always warm, though, and the fish and chips are excellent.
