The mattress is awful. The TV doesn't work with the internet, and you have to log into your account every time. Using NETFLIX or YOUTUBE for a long stay is a terrible experience, and the internet speed is terrible too. Really bad.

The breakfast was simple, much like what other hotels serve, but the quality was far better than expected. Everything was fresh and tasty. The croissants and Pain au chocolate had some of the best dough I've ever had.

There's a large room with a mini kitchen, and the price is reasonable. The hotel is fresh and close to Le Havre train station, making it a handy base for Le Havre and nearby cities like Honfleur and Rouen. A big shopping mall is across the street and water. We'd stay here again on our next visit.

We stayed one night, and the room was clean and spacious. After leaving the room for an hour and a half in the morning, I found that I'd been robbed. My expensive vintage jewelry was gone, and the staff didn't care. Management didn't seem concerned about customers or image recognition either. I can't recommend this place and would never return.

Friendly staff and a nice hotel. It worked well for a night before our cruise.
