The breakfast buffet was fine, and the staff were nice and tried to help, even when some of them weren't very confident in English. There's a huge public underground parking lot right beside the hotel. It worked well, and there was always space, at 7 euro per 12 hours. The first room had no running cold water. I only discovered it the day after arriving, on a Sunday, and a technician couldn't come until Monday. That was fine with me, though perhaps they could have offered another room straight away. The rooms felt worn and their build quality didn't seem like four-star standard. I was here for work and spent most of my time out of the room. For that, the hotel was fine, though maybe a bit expensive for what you get.

Breakfast was nice, though the hotel itself felt a little tired. After checking out, I realized I'd left my iPhone charger behind and tried to get in touch. Nobody replied, and I couldn't find a contact number or email. I tried social media too, with no response. I work at sea and will be back on June 17, and wanted to get the charger back, but I can't seem to reach the property.

My room was spacious, clean and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen that even had a dishwasher. The location was very convenient. Breakfast could offer a bit more variety, but it's a very good option for a 3-4 night stay, and the price is reasonable.

The hotel is easy to get to and within walking distance of the city center. Parking is across the road. My room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again when I visit Le Havre.

The room was very nice. There's not much entertainment around the hotel, which is handy when you're staying close to the cruise terminal.
