The team was great, and the hotel is well located near the 1st French airport. Glad I stayed here.

The room still wasn’t comfortable when my HR department booked me here again. I had stayed two years earlier and had a terrible experience with the female receptionist. She was polite when her manager was present, but became rude and disrespectful as soon as he left. In late September, when I politely asked whether the heating worked, she raised her voice and said, “In the summer?” It was cold. I also needed a taxi the next morning. The receptionist quoted a lower price, but I was charged more, around 25€ for the airport trip. I was too busy to leave a review at the time and gradually forgot about it. Never again.

Watching planes take off and land from under the flight path made this a memorable stay. The hotel was quiet and pleasant, with a very handy spot right by the airport. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and I was comfortable there.

The receptionist needs sacking. I’ve never come across a more indifferent attitude. The rooms were basic and shoddy: the bathroom bin had a broken lid and no bag, and the bedroom furniture was awful, broken, and tired. Everything was just awful, and I won’t stay here again. It’s listed as 3 star, which to me means basic but clean and tidy. This was 2 star at best.
