I slept well, and the room was inexpensive, had the essentials, and was close to T2. The taxi fare was the one snag: I thought I'd heard 13, but it was 30. A prebooked Uber would have been 20, or 10 for one called at the time. With a 0400 pickup I expected to pay extra, though three times the standard fare felt like a lot. Thankfully, it wasn't a problem for me. Maybe I misunderstood her French, or she misunderstood my English.

We were exhausted by the time we got to the room, so after being moved once, we gave up and stayed with one stained bed and a broken hairdryer. The first room had a chocolate mark on a bed cover that shook off easily, which made it seem like the sheet hadn't been washed after the previous guests. When I asked reception for clean covers, they sent us to another room, but one bed there was stained too, though less badly. I went back to tell reception and got no apology at all. Earlier, we'd tried the buffet before it closed at 10:30pm. The English sign sounded like €25 for two people, but the charge was actually €25 each, €50 total. The meal wasn't worth even €25 for both of us. Even though it was late, food advertised as hot and costing €25 should have been hot. It sat under heat lamps and was stone cold. We'd checked in around 10pm for one night and left our things in the room before going to eat. Two stars is too generous for this hotel.

The room had three small twin beds, and the shower barely worked. For 119€ a night, the quality was very poor, and the receptionist was rude. I know an airport hotel won't offer everything, but this fell below the bare minimum. I wouldn't recommend it for a family, though it might be fine for someone traveling alone. We picked it for the location and because I hadn't heard of the chain before. If I had known about it before booking, I wouldn't have chosen it just for the price.

The people working there were lovely and did their best to help. There's a good breakfast in the morning, and the hotel is close to the airport with a shuttle going both ways. It's nothing fancy, just has what you need before or after a flight, and it's an affordable option near the airport. I'd recommend it.
