Zenao Appart'hôtels Le Raincy Thiers

The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and had a beautiful, comfortable bed. The setting in an older complex was unexpected, but with Paris only a half-hour drive away, that didn’t bother me much.

I’m leaving with great memories of the hotel. The stay was very pleasant, and I appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. Thank you.

The stay was a real disappointment. The listing doesn’t make it clear during booking that this is a senior living residence rather than really a hotel. The photos also give the wrong impression: the living room had two chairs and no sofa. Communication and reception were poor. We’d booked two nights, but were criticized for not checking out at 11:00 AM and told, “It's your fault, you didn't leave the room.” Then, at 6:00 PM, we were effectively made to change rooms because there were supposedly two separate reservations. It showed a complete lack of coordination among staff. There was just one large towel for two people and three small ones. Despite being advertised as an aparthotel, the room had no coffee machine, and there wasn’t a coffee dispenser in the shared areas either. The card terminal and the room telephone were both out of order. With all these problems, no compensation was offered.

We arrived feeling completely at ease thanks to the warm, attentive, professional welcome. The whole place was clean, new, and well kept, and our room was spotless and relaxing. We left rested and delighted, already feeling nostalgic about the stay. Thanks to the whole team, we’d be happy to return. ✨👏🏽👏🏽✨
