Domaine du Lac Ferrand

The owners made us feel so welcome, and chatting with you was a real pleasure. I hope we can come back soon. The place itself is enchanting, from the historic building and peaceful setting to our spacious, beautifully decorated room. Laura's cakes at breakfast were delicious. We loved every bit of this little haven.

You don't need a TV here, the view is the entertainment. Away from the noise of the world, it's just quiet and beautiful scenery all around. Laura and William are such lovely hosts that they make you want to come back.

After a good walk, the gardens and outdoor spaces are just right for unwinding. The rooms and buildings were spotless, we were welcomed so warmly, and breakfast was great. There's an inn nearby for dinner, serving local produce and homemade food. Definitely a place to see in the region! 😃😃😃

There are hiking trails in the surrounding area, and dinner is available too. We stayed overnight with breakfast included. The owner was welcoming and attentive, and it was clear he looked after his guests well. The building is beautiful, and the setting makes for a relaxing break. I enjoy nature and open spaces, so I would have liked a wider view over the Ardèche mountains. The location isn't really suited to that, though. I also found the price a little high for the amenities, including the room decor, bed linens, and bathroom fixtures. At that price, I expected a higher standard.
