The warm welcome, internet access, and daily room service with fresh linens were good points. I also liked the beachy decor, the wooden cabin style, and the location between the ocean and pool. There’s a jacuzzi if you ask, though it’s in full view of everyone. The cabins get incredibly hot, with no insulation or air conditioning. Breakfast costs extra and felt skimpy for the price: everything was tiny, and a piece of fruit and a proper cup of coffee would have helped. For €12, the beachside restaurant 200m away has an all-you-can-eat breakfast on its terrace. The cabins need some paint and grouting, and the rooms could use a thorough spring clean, especially the curtains and lampshades. Some path lights are broken, and with loose steps, getting to your room at night is tricky if you forget your phone. There’s no guest food area, so a microwave, fridge, or kettle would be welcome; they’d take up very little space. The black paint on the outside walls rubs off on anything it touches. The website also feels dated.
