The room was huge, and the bathrobes were the most comfortable. I found the bed comfortable too. Ours had a balcony and lots of windows that opened for a lovely cool breeze. The hotel was clean and thoughtfully laid out, and it’s an adorable, well-run place. I’d definitely recommend staying if you’re in the area. Breakfast came with jellies, breads, cheese, ham, cereals, and even a juicer for fresh orange juice, plus hot water for making a four or hard boiled egg. Just keep in mind reception closes from noon to 4 PM, and the restaurant is closed on Sunday night. There’s currently some construction on the roads behind the hotel, and it’s noisy.

We had dinner at the hotel on both nights and highly recommend it. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean, and with just 14 rooms this felt like a lovely place to slow down and experience Alsace. We were a family of four staying for two nights. The two hosts were lovely and ready to do what they could to make our wishes come true. Breakfast was simple but good, with fresh juices, fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, cereals, and baguette. All in all, an excellent place to take time out.

The hotel service was good, but I had a really bad stay. I found one bug in the bed and ended up with tons of bug or flea bites on my arms, neck, and face. I’ve never had this kind of experience in a hotel before.

Both hosts were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and we were very satisfied with their service. There were five of us in the family, sharing two rooms for three nights. If we come back, we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thank you very much! :)
