When we finally collected our gear, the wait was over an hour and twenty minutes in the cold and snow. Still, the busy queue seemed to reflect how popular La Grange in Prapoutel is, and the staff kept smiling and moving efficiently. I also had to return because my ski boots were half a size too small. They swapped them straight away, with no fuss and real kindness. Later I came back for poles and again to have my rental skis serviced. Each time, the team listened and found a solution. They’re professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Thanks to everyone there. I’ll be back, and I absolutely recommend the shop.

The equipment is good quality, and having Snow Scouts available is a real plus. The team is attentive and understanding, so renting feels simple and pleasant. They’re welcoming and clearly care about serving customers. I’ve always been satisfied.
