We had three rooms for a family week, and every one was comfortable, lovely and clean. The Elemis toiletries were a nice touch. Ski in and out was great, and we made good use of the pool, sauna, hammam and jacuzzi. There was plenty of delicious food to choose from, and the whole team made us feel looked after without making any request feel like a bother. We'd love to return.

The snow and the hotel's ski in, ski out position made the stay easy, and the spa was just what we needed after a day on the slopes. We were looking forward to this visit and weren't let down. Reception welcomed us warmly, and the restaurant staff were helpful throughout. We'll definitely return.

The staff were especially attentive. When the area had a small electricity problem one night, the Maintenance Chief came with the director to explain what was happening to everyone. Thanks in particular to Katie and Julien. The hotel exceeded our expectations during a week of skiing with my girlfriend: we could ski in and out after walking just a few meters, and our room was cozy with everything we needed. The food, amenities, gym and spa were all great, especially for a relaxing afternoon after skiing. We'll definitely come back.

I had a lovely mountain view from my room, and the hotel was able to cater for halal food without any problem. The chef looked after me easily. Reception also helped book restaurants, which I really appreciated. Thanks so much, I'd recommend it 👌

We paid 900 euros a night for a place that felt like a dump. It was filthy and awful, with cobwebs on the ceiling and not enough water pressure to shower. We tried to cancel the reservation but were refused. On 30.12 there was nowhere else we could move to at such short notice, so we felt really screwed.
