We were a group of 12 in apartment 51 on the fifth floor, and it didn’t feel like great value. The kitchen is cramped for that many people, especially if two need to use it at once. The apartment also wasn’t as spacious as the photos made it look. Furniture, doors and handles are quite old, and some doors, including the bathroom doors, don’t close properly. For easier access on skis, I’d recommend apartments in the centre or lower part of the resort.

A nail sticking out of the seat in the locker room tore my brand-new ski suit and caused significant damage. A sharp nail where visitors are meant to sit is a serious safety risk and shows poor attention to basic maintenance. When I reported what happened, staff didn’t take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. I was left to deal with the damage myself, with no effort to make the area safe or compensate me. Facilities used by people doing outdoor activities need to take safety and upkeep seriously. I can’t recommend this place until they address the hazards and take accountability.

We’ve stayed here several times and are going back next year. It’s exactly what you want for a ski holiday, with a great location, friendly staff and a great pub next door.

We just spent a week in a four-bed apartment on the third floor, and it was great value for money. Check-in was friendly and accommodating, and the apartment was clean, with plenty of hooks and storage for ski gear. The balcony had a great view of vt. The lockers were just about big enough for three snowboards, three sets of skis and six boots. The ski-in was great, though beginners might struggle. It’s easy to get onto the piste after a two-minute walk downhill. The Red Fox pub worked well for us and the boys when they wanted to watch football. We left it too late to reserve a car parking spot but booked public parking easily. My one criticism is that there’s no smart TV. I’d give it 9/10.
