The waiter was attentive, professional, and genuinely pleasant throughout dinner. The food was a different story, and we left disappointed. We had booked for that evening through The Fork, with a 50% discount on à la carte dishes. The menu had fewer options and different dishes than we expected, and both the selection and prices felt lower in quality than anticipated. Our roasted Camembert came with thyme, big chunks of garlic, and a few slices of bread that were very hard. My friend asked for a medium sirloin, but it arrived almost raw. After we sent it back, it came out overcooked, tough, and inedible, so we had to return it again. The restaurant kindly didn't charge us for it. With such good reviews, we expected a much better meal. We won't be coming back.

I keep coming back 😉 The restaurant serves generous portions and is very good, though the menu is a little expensive. You can still have a great time there. The hotel is a somewhat dated two-star, but decent value for the money. Breakfast is simple, with limited options.

The lovely decor caught my eye, and the welcome was warm. It's a nice restaurant, and the food is great quality. 😉
