The location is great and the place looks nice, but it feels rushed and unfinished, with only the bare basics. At half the price, I might accept it. I'll never use this company again. We waited until 4 pm during office hours, got the keys and found another group already in our room. That's a security breach. The balcony couldn't be accessed because the handles had been removed. We got 10% back, but reviews from over a year earlier said it still hadn't been fixed. The bathroom constantly smelled of human waste, and there was no Wi-Fi, even though it's 2023. You have to make your own beds after paying 1.5k, which I've never encountered before. They ask guests to clean the whole place, yet provide no basic supplies such as dish soap or multi-purpose cleaner. There's a dishwasher but no pods. We were given one toilet roll, so don't expect to spend your holiday shopping for more. The office hours are ridiculous. They also hide the inventory sheet and cleaning rules inside cupboards, on the backs of doors, as if hoping guests won't see them. It feels like those rules are there to take your deposit. We had €50 deducted for no reason. I've attached photos of the rules they impose.

The apartment was warm and very comfortable, with tasteful decor and a modern, fully equipped, practical kitchen. Its terraces have magnificent views by day and night. The residence is right in the heart of Les Deux Alpes, a few minutes' walk from shops, restaurants, ski lifts, rentals, lift passes and other amenities. We had a perfect stay, and I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The apartment has a good layout and the location is great, so there's real potential here. But the ski storage room is unacceptable, more like a basement closet where nothing dries. Internet costs an extra €7 a day and doesn't work, and it's very difficult to communicate with the landlord. The individually plastic-wrapped bed linen was anything but hygienic: there were stains, including blood, on both the duvets and sheets. Completely unacceptable. I can't recommend staying here.

Being right in the center of the village meant most ski lifts were an easy walk away. But there were too many problems for me to enjoy the stay. Some furnishings were broken, and Wi-Fi wasn't included, though you could pay €7 a day for it. The router I paid for didn't work, and despite only being able to reach them by phone for a week, I never got a refund. The ski storage was like a cold closet where nothing but skis and poles could dry. A real shame.
