La Trainelière

We really enjoyed our stay. We'd booked a bed and breakfast, but since it was the end of the season and there was availability, we were given a studio for the same price. Breakfast had plenty on offer. I'd recommend it for Puy du Fou, which is right next door.

The manager was incredibly kind, and we got a warm welcome. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and staying cool in them was especially nice after a day at Puy du Fou in 38-degree heat. Breakfast was delicious and very generous, with both savory and sweet choices. There's also a parking lot right next to the park entrance. We'll definitely come back, and I recommend it 100%. Thanks again for making us feel so welcome!

Soizic gave us a wonderful welcome at this authentic Vendée barn in a quiet rural setting. The room was spacious, and the large Puy du Fou Park is just a minute away. We also had privileged access to a parking lot inside the park, without queuing. We'll definitely return.

We spent two quiet, restful nights here after walking many kilometers around Puy du Fou. The Wi-Fi wasn't very reliable, though it wasn't a major issue for us. The B&B is right beside the park, out in the countryside, with nearby parking. The beautifully renovated building has spacious, tastefully decorated rooms, comfortable bedding, and a good-sized bathroom. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, and gave us useful advice for visiting the park. Breakfast was generous and featured local products. We also appreciated her company at breakfast, when she told us about the building's history as a small farmhouse and how it was restored. Many thanks to her for doing everything she could to make our stay enjoyable.
