Everything suited me, and I'd like to come back in the warmer months. The residence sits on a slope with lovely views, and the lift is within walking distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, though it doesn't have a washing machine. There's a pool, and the water was 26.3 degrees in January. The covered parking is really convenient in winter.
Although it's close to the slopes, I'd avoid this residence in winter. From December through March, the access road is very often icy, and neither snow tires nor a 4x4 are enough. It seems suited only to someone with a battered vehicle, studded tires, and a good orthopedic surgeon if they plan to walk.
A quiet, luxurious place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Les Houches. The ski slopes, bus and train stops, shops, and restaurants are all nearby. A must-see!
Splendid views across the Mont Blanc range, and the residence sits right by the slopes.
