The service was good, and everyone was really nice and polite!

The one thing that bothered me and my children was the alarm waking us in the night. Apart from that, we had a wonderful holiday exploring the village. It’s peaceful and surrounded by nature, with friendly, energetic staff and lots of fun activities. There’s a kids’ club, a pool, hiking, and plenty to do whether there’s snow or not. Perfect otherwise, and we’ll definitely come back!

The place has a family-friendly feel, the pool is pleasant, and the activity leaders are great. But the food was a real letdown during our week on full board at the Georges Moustaki centre. The restaurant was more like a cafeteria, with very basic, tasteless cooking. The starter buffet was sparse, lunch desserts were absent, and the evening ones were too industrial. The main courses felt like low-grade cafeteria food. And don’t ask the head cook for another helping, you won’t get a warm reception. At least you won’t gain weight on holiday!

The children had a blast and came away with so many memories. We had a fantastic week, with wonderful counselors, an attentive team, and a lovely atmosphere throughout. Thomas deserves a special thank you for keeping us motivated and leading the hikes with such enthusiasm. The place has a real charm too, it felt like home as soon as we arrived, warm and friendly, with a great atmosphere for chatting. We made some lovely connections. Thanks again to Thomas and the whole team for such a great experience!
