The location deserves 5/5: about 100 meters from the nearest ski lift, with sports shops, restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Staff get 3/5. Most were friendly, but it was unacceptable that one of the two receptionists didn't speak English, or simply didn't want to. The apartment's look, furniture and design were a 2/5. It could've been worse, but the bathroom sink, half wood, looked like a dog had thoroughly chewed it. The shower head kept falling out, so we had to reinstall it. The radiators hung loose and one actually dropped to the floor on day two, though they fixed it soon. The beds were just right for a 7-year-old, and our six-person apartment had only five chairs, three of them wobbly. Cleanliness gets 1/5. Cleaning isn't included in the price, and the apartment was much cleaner when we left than when we arrived. There was dust everywhere, half the dishes were dirty, and the blankets were full of hair and other stuff I'd rather forget. Management should fire the cleaning maids, they aren't worth their salary. Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels. When you arrive, note and photograph anything that's even slightly broken. They'll try to charge you for it.

The rooms were filthy and smelled foul, especially the cupboards and dishwasher. Some equipment didn't work, and they charged extra for cleaning even though we left the room in much better shape than we found it. Staff were unhelpful and arrogant, pretending they didn't know English. I wouldn't recommend it at all. One star only because zero isn't an option.

The staff were really helpful, and one person spoke excellent English, which was useful since my French is passable at best. We had a big, fairly clean chalet. It was our first ski chalet, so we were surprised to pay extra for linen, Wi-Fi and even TV. I'd definitely stay again, though, as people say these are better chalets than in most resorts.

The rooms were really small, and you could smell the dust in the air. They were dirty, which is the one thing I can't tolerate. Worst accommodation I've had so far.
