We had a great stay and will definitely return. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well equipped, with everything we needed, and private parking was available. The pool is free, while the hammam and two saunas cost extra. Pets are allowed for a small additional charge. From the balcony, we enjoyed the view. The cozy lobby fireplace was a lovely place to relax, and there was a billiard table and children's entertainment, both closing at 8 PM, so it stayed quiet for guests looking for peace. The hotel is at the edge of the village, with the center a 2-minute drive or a scenic 7-minute walk along the ski slopes. The mountain lift is just steps away, and you can ski straight to it. A bus stop is right in front, a grocery store is a 2-minute walk away, and there's an Intersport ski rental shop in the building. Staff were very friendly, and their English was enough for basic communication. Keep in mind, check-in requires a €400 deposit. If you pay by card instead of cash, it can take up to two weeks to be refunded. That's due to the banking system, not the hotel. The stay exceeded our expectations.

I was impressed by the chalet. It was spotless, nicely decorated, and had modern amenities, while the mountain views made for a peaceful, cosy atmosphere. The staff were welcoming throughout. They can arrange morning pickup of bread and croissants, and there's a free shuttle around town. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, memorable stay.
