Mercure Paris Levallois Perret

We had such a good time here on our first trip to Paris. The neighbourhood was lovely, and it was easy to get into the city centre from the hotel's location. Every day, the staff checked in to see how we were doing and made sure our stay was going well. I'd recommend this Mercure to anyone visiting Paris.

We'd happily stay here again. The breakfast was lovely, and the seating area was comfortable enough that we enjoyed spending time there. We appreciated having free water and a coffee machine in the reception and breakfast area. Our room stayed quiet and clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning it daily. The staff greeted us warmly and were friendly and helpful. Being so close to the metro also made the trip into Paris easy, and we're glad we chose this hotel.

The team were kind, professional, and attentive, and made me feel at home. My room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and the location worked perfectly for exploring the city. Breakfast had more variety and better quality and presentation than I expected. Thanks to everyone for a lovely stay. I'd be glad to return.

The room itself was comfortable, well equipped, and pleasant, and the staff were attentive. On arrival we were welcomed and told we'd been upgraded to a Prestige room. But the window opened onto the inner courtyard, where people smoked right by the room, so we couldn't leave it open. We also had to cross through that smoky area inside the hotel. Pulling back the curtains to find people eating breakfast just a few centimeters from our window was startling and uncomfortable. That wasn't what I expected from a Privilege.
