ibis Styles Lille Centre Gare Beffroi

The shower was a highlight, getting to the right temperature straight away, and the beds were very good. Synthetic sheets and cushions could suit people with allergies. The bathroom is small, but what you get for the price is reasonable. Breakfast let me down, though. There were no keto-friendly choices like eggs, bacon, vegetables, or unsweetened yogurt.

I keep coming back because this place feels like home. The staff are the best, and the price is usually very reasonable. Breakfast is included and really high quality. The rooms are small, but have everything I need, including the recently added TV casting. There's also a lobby microwave, which works well for my late dinners. It's in central Lille, close to the train stations, Aéronef and Euralille shopping centre. I'll definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was the one good part, with plenty of choice and efficient staff. The room, though, badly needs a refurbishment: stained old carpet and sheet, flaking, worn paint, and a hard bed. In 2026, why is there only one outlet for the whole room? We were also given an accessible room, which was awful when you don't need one, with open shoe splashes everywhere, a raised toilet, and wasted space. Very disappointing for an Ibis Styles, below even basic standards.

This was a depressing stay, with a tiny, unclean bathroom and mould in the shower. The room felt extremely basic. I don't understand the huge inconsistency in the Ibis brand: the Ibis Styles in Warsaw is a fantastic business hotel, while this one felt more like an F1 than any Ibis, let alone Styles. This is another Accor hotel I won't return to. First and last visit.
