Noc Noc La Villa Cachee De Lille

My family and I had hoped for a relaxing holiday, but we spent it dealing with dirty or broken equipment. There was no Wi-Fi on the second floor, and the signal on the first floor was very weak. The showers leaked and were broken, the tub couldn't be used because it drained away, and some toilets were dirty. Bathroom doors creaked. In the kitchen, the sink was clogging, the coffee machine didn't work, and the oven was dirty. The refrigerators had food and other leftover items inside, with ice in both.

Nothing in the property worked as expected, and it was the biggest disappointment. The toilets were unbelievably filthy. The whole place was dirty and dusty, with stained floors, sofas, curtains and shower curtains. Ovens and toaster were dirty, the toaster was broken, and food from previous guests was still there. Kitchen sinks and bathroom basins were clogged, shower heads leaked and were broken, and the bath and sink plugs were filthy. There were black ants in the kitchen and spiders in bedrooms, with no ventilation. Floor joists were broken on the first-floor landing. Remotes were broken or had no batteries, the chandelier bulbs didn't work, and the coffee maker was broken. Wi-Fi was unreliable, and there was none on the first and second floors. There were no views.

The villa is right in the city center, near amenities and the train station, with everything walkable. It's elegant and fully equipped, and the rooms and beds are comfortable. We had an excellent stay and it was just right for spending time together with friends in private.

The accommodation was very clean and spacious, with lovely rooms.
