The house has a traditional feel, with really spacious rooms, and the view was fabulous. It was clean and peaceful. The pool was a welcome break from the 29° heat, and we loved watching the housemartins dart overhead. The wall lights are super!

It has a charming old-fashioned feel, and the staff are incredibly attentive. Breakfast was superb, with local products, and the price was excellent for what you get. Just be aware there’s no air conditioning.

Breakfast comes with local, seasonal products, and we found the room clean and very comfortable. The welcome was warm, and the hotel itself is charming and peaceful, set in a lovely spot just five minutes from Limeuil, one of France’s most beautiful villages. If you want some quiet in the Périgord countryside, this place fits.
